Money PoolTerms of use
Welcome to Money Pool ("the app"), provided by Abuli ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If this English version and the Traditional Chinese version differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
1. What the app is
The app is a tool for keeping track of your assets. You type in each account's balance, your income and your spending, and the app works out your total level, monthly flow, months covered, water signal, where the money goes and bill reminders from what you entered. The app does not connect to your bank or brokerage accounts, and it never moves money or trades for you.
2. Your account
- You need to sign in with a Google account to keep your records. Keep your phone and Google account safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can sign out at any time, or delete your account and data under Me → Delete account.
3. Your data
- What you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- Please don't put passwords or full account or card numbers in names or notes, and don't enter other people's personal data.
4. Not financial advice
Every number in the app is calculated from what you entered and is for reference only. Months covered, the water signal, the gap from what you expected, the suggested monthly spending and anything the fish says are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Make your own decisions, and consult a professional when you need to.
5. Free, with ads
The app is free and shows Google AdMob ads at the bottom of the screen. Ads come from advertisers and Google; showing them does not mean we recommend what they offer.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything illegal, and don't interfere with, break into or abuse the app or the services it uses, for example by writing data in bulk with automated tools or trying to reach other people's data.
7. Changes to the service
The app is provided as is. We keep improving it, and we may change, pause or stop some or all of its features. Before stopping the service we will try to tell you in the app or on this site in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use the app, by decisions made on its numbers, or by problems with your device or third-party services such as Google. This does not affect rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update this page and the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from them will be heard first by the Taiwan Taipei District Court.
